SAVE MARY SAVANNAH from
THE CHILD MOLESTER

MARY
What happens when a mother with Borderline Personality Disorder places her child with the same person
who molested her as a child?
What??!!! Who would do that?
Try to put your arms around this story...
Frank Marcus Kerley and Elizabeth Kerley are the parents of Mary Savannah. They separated in September
of 2005 after
Mary Savannah. Their divorce became final in October 2007 when Mary Savannah was two-years-old.
Judge R.A. Ferguson wrote in the divorce decree:
"...and should the Plaintiff use her mother, Ann Vaughn, as a babysitter, Mr. Ray
Vaughn shall be present on each and every occasion to help supervise."
Say what? Why would this grandmother need someone to supervise her?
Whoa! A non-related party is to be present when this person babysits? Why did Judge Ferguson do that?
He heard the testimony of Ann Vaughan saying that she couldn’t remember losing custody of her own children.
(See documents page of testimony) Hmmm…I don’t know about the rest of you out there, but I do believe
that I would be able to remember whether or not I lost custody of my children.
Vaughan, tied up Elizabeth and her sisters, put them in front of the fireplace, placed a gun to their heads
and threatened to kill them if their father “didn’t get there in one hour.”
Ray Vaughan is the eighth husband of Ann Vaughan.
Ann Vaughan lost custody of her own children due to severe abuse, including having her daughter, Elizabeth,
raped and molested.
You see, Judge R.A. Ferguson saw the voluminous medical records of
many medical doctors the “horrific abuse” of her mother. She named one of the abusers as Tommy McDuff.
Here is the shocker: The medical records are very specific about the on-going abuse of
during her childhood. Judge R.A. Ferguson saw many entries stating that Elizabeth and her sisters were “abused by her mother’s ‘many’ live-in boyfriends and husbands.”
from foster home to foster home. In the medical records, she states that she hates her mother - over and
over...
However, she differs from her mother, Ann Vaughan, in that she doesn’t leave suicide notes.
mother had her write her suicide notes for her.
Why would a mother, (even though she gave away one of her children to an ex-husband who has served
time in prison for armed robbery, who lives in another state), take an innocent baby to this child molester?
A child molester whose atrocities forced her to grow up in foster homes while her mother, Ann Vaughan,
was institutionalized?
The signs are there.
Let's pray that Mary Savannah doesn't end up like--
