Constructing a website such as this is not something that a loving father wants to do. However, it is a necessity to make the public aware of the unbelievable crimes that are being perpetrated in Domestic Relations Court of Jefferson County, Alabama.
Libby Kerley and I separated on September 13, 2005, the day that she was notified by the Alabama State Nursing Board that she had failed a drug screening. She was abusing drugs while breast-feeding our 6-month-old child, Mary Savannah.
In late November 2005, Libby called to tell me that she had filed for divorce. She informed me that I "didn't have a chance" in court. This is when she first told me of her prostitution and that she had had sex "with the judge". She went on to say, "How do you think I win in court against Butch (1st husband) without a lawyer?" Initially, I thought that her rant was due to her alcoholic state. I didn't know at that time that she had the same judge in both divorce cases...

In the meantime, Libby Kerley accused me of Domestic Violence. (Of course I was acquitted). Her new "friend" Clinton Pittman asked Judge Bishop to be special prosecutor.
Two weeks before the trial began, Denise Hopkins, told me exactly how the Court Order would read.
Upon appeal, Appellate Court Judge Craig Pittman,
stated "No opinion." From 2002 until 2004, Clinton Pittman was Craig Pittman's staff attorney.
On June 15, 2008, Mary Savannah Kerley disclosed that she has been sexually molested by Raymond Vaughan, the 8th husband of the maternal grandmother, Ann Vaughan. Mary Savannah gave details of the perverse acts of this sick old man.
Since the onset of this site, there have been revelations of my daughter's continued abuse. Mary Savannah Kerley, an innocent 5-year-old has been being and continues to be sexually molested by Raymond Vaughan of Gardendale, Alabama.

I have visited the District Attorney's office on a number of occasions concerning the perjury by Elizabeth Kerley and subornation of perjury by attorney, Denise Pomeroy. They have been derelict in their duty to prosecute criminal acts. As most residents of Alabama know, Jefferson County is a shamefully corrupt county. Six former commissioners have been convicted of various crimes. None were prosecuted by the Jefferson County District Attorney's office. They were ALL prosecuted at the federal level by the U. S. Attorney's office.

Elizabeth Kerley has Borderline Personality Disorder
What happens when a mother with Borderline Personality Disorder places her child with the same person that sexually abused her when she was a child?
Frank Marcus Kerley and Elizabeth Kerley are the parents of Mary Savannah. They separated in September 2005 after Elizabeth failed a drug screening (she was enjoying Klonopin while breast-feeding Mary Savannah). From November 2002 through January 2006 Elizabeth Kerley had two suicide attempts and was hospitalized twice for her drug addictions.
Their divorce became final in October 2007 when Mary Savannah was 2-years-old.
“…and should the Plaintiff use her mother, Ann Vaughan, as a babysitter, Mr. Ray Vaughan shall be present on each and every occasion to help supervise.”
What? Why would a grandmother need someone to supervise her?
Ray Vaughan, a non-related party is to be present when the maternal grandmother is around Mary Savannah? Ray Vaughn is the EIGHTH husband of Ann Vaughan.
Why did Judge Ferguson do that? Why did the mother’s attorney, Denise Pomeroy, who saw the medical records and knew the grandmother was a child molester ADVOCATE an innocent little girl to be subjected to the same evils that the mother was?

Why did Judge Ferguson and Denise Pomeroy do this to the beautiful little Mary Savannah Kerley? Why does this judge continue to allow it? Why would Judge Ferguson and Denise Pomeroy subject Mary Savannah Kerley to the same “horrific abuse” (quote from the medical records) knowing that the maternal grandmother had tied up her children and put a loaded gun to their heads? Why did Judge Ferguson and Denise Pomeroy let a mother that admits to prostitution, being a stripper, being an alcoholic and drug addict have custody of this child? Why did Judge Ferguson allow the mother and maternal grandmother to lie in court to protect the mother that abused Elizabeth and her sisters to the point that she had to be raised in foster homes?
